ReviewInbox provides a platform to aggregate, view, and respond to business reviews from Google, Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, and to generate AI-assisted reply drafts. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. The Service is provided as digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: post fake or fraudulent reviews, violate third-party platform terms, use the Service unlawfully, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell the Service without written permission.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you must subscribe to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused and data retained for 30 days.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To cancel, email benjamin@reviewinbox.io within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 days. If you have actively used the Service during this period, a proportional deduction may apply.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time via Settings — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months outside the cooling-off period. Prices may change with 30 days notice by email.
In accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we will email you before your subscription renews — at least 14 days before for annual plans, and at least 3 days before for monthly plans — giving you the opportunity to cancel before incurring further charges.
AI reply drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing. ReviewInbox is not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated replies you choose to publish.
ReviewInbox and its content are owned by Benjamin Bush trading as ReviewInbox. Your review data and business content remain your property.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You may cancel anytime via Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
